They waste a lot of time calling the same insurance leads over and over again and usually are competing against call centers and a lot of other insurance agents when they could be spending some of their time developing better health leads for themselves. They wonder why they don't sell much of anything. If they would just spend more time talking to people face to face than shuffling papers maybe they would get somewhere. I just do not get it at all.
